the grounds are beautiful with lush greenery i saw many colorful flowers i also enjoyed the multiple pools to relax i spent time in one near the beach i found it peaceful i also really liked that the location is near many restaurants and shops i walked easily to both

the breakfast buffet food was sometimes lukewarm i found it a bit unappetizing i often had to search for staff to get coffee i also thought the bed was very hard and uncomfortable i did not sleep well the room felt somewhat dated it could use some updating

The breakfast buffet IS amazing!!! It had so many choices. The hotel has four pools. The greenery around the hotel is excellent and adds to the atmosphere.

I adored the well kept grounds. Workers were always cleaning. The beach was cleaned every morning. I loved the imported 'sausage trees'.

the beach club was wonderful and i enjoyed the seafood bbq. i received a voucher for afternoon tea with tea and cakes upon arrival. the pools were very nice and the poolside service was great. i could order cocktails and food while i waited for my late flight.

my room had a very noisy water pump. it ran nonstop flushing and refilling 24 hours a day. (i tried to ignore it.) i spoke to staff about how loud it was, and they promised to send someone for maintenance, but it never happened. no offer was made to move me or give a discount.

noisy air conditioning limited selection

I was really disappointed with the room. it felt outdated and not very clean (i even saw some cobwebs). the air conditioning was also quite noisy. the breakfast wasn't great either. The selection seemed very limited, and there wasn't much authentic balinese food, which i really wanted to try.
